At Connexions, we believe that building an inclusive and integrated community begins with young people who are passionate about making a difference. Guided by compassion, strong values, and a positive attitude, we empower individuals to transform what they learn in school into meaningful, real-world skills. Our impact goes beyond supporting learners with autism, we are equally committed to nurturing our interns by helping them discover their strengths, build confidence and practical skills, and realise their full potential as they learn to navigate real-world settings and transition into adulthood, all while making a positive difference in the community.

Through partnerships with institutions such as Republic Polytechnic and ITE College East, Connexions offers structured internship opportunities where students are not treated merely as interns, but are trained and supported as developing professionals in the field.
